Ok..so now i'm already starting my diet.It's been OK so far..although its kinda hard. Now must eat lesser la...and exercise more. i'm kinda happy that i already am starting it. thanks to my family's support and frens too. For years i've been telling ppl that i wana lose weight yet i didnt do anything..but now its great that i realised that i should start sacrificing. In fact i tried to starve myself!! HAHA!! so let me just tell some of my diet rules/ways.
1) only 2 meals allowed per day.
I know it's not a good way..but i think it is good for me anyway.
2)Strictly plain/mineral water for my drink..NO MORE canned/packet drinks.
I know u guys may think im joking but this is the simplest rules out of 6 stated here. Coz drinks are not a problem to me. i'm more into food!!HAHA!! and i MUST drink 12 glass of plain/mineral water a day!!! so yeah..now i urinate almost every hour...
3)Go TAF regularly and exercise 3 times a week.
Hmm...its no use controlling my food if i wont exercise rite? well..i cant say that im totally committed in exercising..but yeah..i did do some stretches every now and then..and of coz i go to taf regularly.for i know im a lazy person but at least TAF keeps me going..that includes PE too. im starting to LOVE PE sooo much!!!!! Anyway sinc ei like to dance..well i dance everyday la for at least 20 minutes. its a form of exercise too!!! and im starting to use the Power Rider which is in my room..and it was like 8 years since my mum bought it but never did i use it!!!
4) No more snacks such as potato chips and chocolate bars.
Many said that what makes people fat is actually those itsy bitsy snacks that they eat!hmm..i guess it's true. most of time i always keep eating such unhealthy stuffs. since when was the last i ate potato chips??hmm ...quite long ago!!! well.. I miss my potato chips and chocolate for my supper though..haiz..
5)Eat more protein food such as chicken meat and tofu, than carbohydrates food such as rice and bread.
Based on the Atkins diet..carbohydrates are very fattening. But protein is less fattening. And i must eat alot of protein as it gives me energy.
6)Lastly...learn how to mock back at people who thinks im joking abt my diet and losing weight!!!
